Here’s hoping that this means the government will work with last.fm or Pandora to release and promote rare recordings of jazz, blues, and traditional folk.  Or, better yet, with Google Books to help advance its mission to digitize works in the public domain.  I need to get my Poor Richard’s Almanack fix to make sure that my tobacco crops won’t suffer from blight in summer 1749.
